Companies represent the organizations you do business with. Each company can have multiple contacts and deals associated with it, making it easy to see the full picture of your relationship with an organization.

Companies List

The Companies list shows all organizations in your CRM with key details at a glance.

Navigate to Companies in the sidebar.

Use the search bar to find companies by name.

Filter by assigned user using the dropdown.

Click column headers to sort by name, industry, city, country, or counts of contacts and deals.

Click a company row to open the detail modal.

Creating a Company

Add company records to organize your contacts and deals by organization.

Click the + New Company button on the Companies page.

Enter the company name and optionally fill in industry, website, and phone.

Add billing address fields (street, city, state, postal code, country).

Set ship-to address if different from billing (used on quotes and contracts).

Configure payment terms, currency, and assigned user.

Click Save.

Company Detail Modal

The company detail view provides complete access to organization information and related records.

Info Related Notes Tasks Files Contracts Activity
Info — Company name, industry, website, phone, billing address, ship-to address, payment terms, currency, assigned user, and notes.
Related — View all contacts and deals associated with this company.
Notes — Add timestamped notes about the company.
Tasks — Create and track company-related tasks.
Files — Upload and manage company documents (10MB per file).
Contracts — View all contracts linked to this company (read-only list).
Activity — Audit log of all changes to this company record.
When you create a deal, the company's ship-to address and payment terms are automatically used on quotes and contracts generated for that deal.
