The Dashboard is your home base in OppLogix. It provides an at-a-glance view of your sales metrics, pipeline health, recent activity, and upcoming tasks.

Stat Cards

The top of the Dashboard shows key metrics as clickable cards. Click any card to jump directly to that section of the CRM.

Contacts — Total number of contacts in your CRM.

Companies — Total company records.

Deals — Number of open deals in your pipeline.

Open Tasks — Tasks that are pending or in progress.

Pipeline Value — Total value of all open deals.

Won Value — Total value of deals marked as won.

Active Leads — Number of leads being worked.

Scope & Period Filters

Managers and admins can filter the Dashboard to see data for different scopes and time periods.

Scope toggle — Switch between Me (your own data), My Team (your direct reports), or Whole Company (all users). Regular users only see their own data.

Period toggle — Filter by All Time, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, or a Custom date range.
The scope toggle is only available to users with Manager or Admin roles. Regular users always see their own data.

Pipeline Health

The Pipeline Health panel gives you a quick assessment of your overall pipeline risk. OppLogix automatically scores each deal based on factors like activity, close date, and associated quotes or contracts.

Overall risk badge — Shows Healthy, Needs Attention, or At Risk based on your pipeline.

Risk breakdown — Displays how many open deals are Low, Medium, or High risk.

Top risk factors — Shows the most common issues across your deals as tag chips.
Deal risk scores are calculated automatically based on 10 factors including inactivity, overdue close dates, missing quotes, and more. No configuration needed.

Activity Feed & Upcoming Tasks

The lower section of the Dashboard shows recent activity and your upcoming tasks.

Recent Activity — A chronological feed of actions across your CRM (deals created, stages changed, contacts added, etc.).

Upcoming Tasks — Tasks due soon, sorted by due date. Click a task to view its details.
