Tasks help you stay on top of action items, follow-ups, and deadlines across your CRM. You can assign tasks to team members, link them to deals, companies, contacts, or leads, and view everything on a monthly calendar.

Task List

The Tasks page displays all tasks in a sortable, filterable table. Use the search bar to find tasks by title, or narrow results with the Status, Priority, and Assignee filters.

Creating a Task

Create tasks with all the details your team needs to take action.

Click the + New Task button

Enter a Title and optional Description

Set the Due Date and Priority (Low, Medium, High, or Urgent)

Assign the task to a team member using the Assignee dropdown

Optionally link the task to a Deal, Company, Contact, or Lead

Click Save to create the task

Quick Status Toggle

Update a task's status directly from the list view without opening the full task detail. Click the status badge on any task row to cycle through Pending, In Progress, and Completed.

Calendar View

The calendar view displays tasks on a monthly calendar, giving you a visual overview of upcoming deadlines and workload.

Task Detail

Open a task to view and edit its full details. The task detail includes tabs for File Attachments and Activity Log, so you can attach relevant documents and track all changes made to the task.

Link tasks to deals or contacts to keep your follow-ups organized. Linked tasks appear on the related record's detail view, so your team always has full context.
Task statuses are Pending, In Progress, and Completed. Priority levels are Low, Medium, High, and Urgent.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each task has a single assignee. If multiple people need to work on something, create separate tasks for each person.

The task remains in your task list with a Completed status. You can filter it out using the status filter, but it is not deleted.

Yes. Open the task and switch to the Files tab to upload attachments. Supported file types include PDF, Office documents, images, and more (10MB limit per file).
