Products are the items and services your organization offers. They appear as line item options when building quotes, making it easy to assemble accurate pricing for your customers.

Create and Edit Products

Add products to your catalog with detailed information that flows into quotes automatically.

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar, then select the Products tab

Click Add Product to create a new product

Enter the product Name, Description, SKU, Unit Price, and Unit (e.g., per user, per month)

Click Save to add the product to your catalog

To edit an existing product, click the product row in the list and modify any fields

Delete Products

Remove products that are no longer offered from your catalog.

Locate the product in the products list

Click the Delete button on the product row

Confirm the deletion when prompted

Bulk Import Products from CSV

Quickly populate your product catalog by importing products from a CSV file.

Click Import on the Products settings page

Upload a CSV file containing your product data

Map CSV columns to OppLogix product fields

Preview the import and click Import to confirm

Search and Filter Products

Quickly find products in your catalog using the search bar at the top of the products list. Search matches against product name, SKU, and description.

Use clear, consistent naming and SKUs for your products. This makes it faster to find them when building quotes and helps keep reporting accurate.
