Dropdowns (also called config options) control the choices available in dropdown menus across OppLogix. Customize these to match your organization's terminology, industries, and workflows.

Add and Edit Options

Customize the options within each dropdown category.

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar, then select the Dropdowns tab

Select a dropdown category from the list

Click Add Option to create a new entry

Enter the option label and click Save

To edit an existing option, click on it and modify the label

Reorder Options

Control the display order of dropdown options using drag-and-drop.

Select a dropdown category

Drag options up or down to set your preferred order

The new order is saved automatically

Delete Options

Remove options that are no longer relevant from a dropdown category.

Select the dropdown category

Click the Delete button next to the option you want to remove

Confirm the deletion when prompted
Built-in categories (Lead Source, Industry, Company Size, Deal Type) cannot be deleted, but their individual options can be freely customized, added, reordered, or removed.
Keep your dropdown options concise and consistent. Removing unused options reduces clutter and helps your team select the right value quickly.
