Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The Free plan includes up to 3 users with full access to deals, contacts, leads, contracts, quotes, email sync, and campaigns. No credit card required, no time limit. Upgrade to Pro when your team grows or you need advanced features like SSO.

Go to Settings → Users & Seats. Click Invite User and enter their email address. They will receive an invitation link to create their account. You need available seats on your plan to add new users.

Deactivated users can no longer log in, but all of their data — including deals, tasks, emails, and activity history — is preserved in the system. Their seat becomes available and can be assigned to a new user.

Organization name changes cannot be made from the settings page. Contact support to request an organization name change.

Frequently Asked Questions

Create a deal from the Deals page or from within a company or contact record. Assign it to a pipeline stage. As the deal progresses, update the stage — you can drag and drop deals between stages on the Pipeline board view for a visual workflow.

Yes. Go to Settings → Pipeline Stages. You can add new stages, rename existing ones, reorder them by dragging, and set win probabilities for each stage to support revenue forecasting.

Quotes are always created from within a deal. A single deal can have multiple quotes (e.g., different pricing options or revisions). When you create a quote, it automatically pulls in deal and company information, saving you time and ensuring consistency.

Leads are potential customers who haven't been qualified yet. They represent early-stage interest. Once a lead is qualified, it can be converted into a contact (and optionally a company and deal). Contacts are confirmed business relationships that you actively manage.
