The Email Accounts page lets you connect your Gmail or Outlook account to OppLogix so you can send and receive emails directly within the CRM. Access it from the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner by clicking Email Accounts.

Connect Gmail

Link your Google account to sync emails and send messages directly from OppLogix.

Connect Outlook / Microsoft 365

Link your Microsoft account to sync emails and send messages directly from OppLogix.

Each user connects their own email account. Email connections are per-user, not organization-wide. This means each team member manages their own connected account independently.

Automatic Email Sync

Once connected, your emails sync automatically in the background without any manual action required.

Disconnect an Account

You can disconnect your email account at any time if you no longer want emails to sync.

Go to Email Accounts from the user dropdown menu

Click Disconnect next to the connected account

Confirm the disconnection when prompted
If your email stops syncing, your OAuth token may have expired. Visit the Email Accounts page and click Re-authenticate to reconnect your account.

Security

Your email credentials are protected with industry-standard encryption. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption. OppLogix never stores your email password — authentication is handled entirely through OAuth with Google or Microsoft.

If you change your Google or Microsoft password, or revoke app access from your provider's security settings, you will need to re-authenticate your email account in OppLogix.
