Welcome to OppLogix! This guide walks you through creating your account, navigating the interface, and configuring your CRM for your team.

Creating Your Account

Getting started with OppLogix takes just a few minutes. The Free plan includes up to 3 users with full access to all CRM features.

Visit app.opplogix.com and click Get Started.

Enter your organization name, your name, email address, and choose a password.

Click Create Account to register your organization.

You'll be logged in automatically and taken to the Dashboard.
Your organization name is what your team members will see when they log in. You can choose your company name or a team name.

Onboarding Checklist

When you first log in, the Dashboard displays an onboarding checklist to help you set up your CRM. Each step links directly to the relevant page.

Add your first company — Create a company record for one of your customers.

Add a contact — Add a person associated with that company.

Create a deal — Start tracking a sales opportunity.

Set up your pipeline — Customize your pipeline stages in Settings.

Invite your team — Add team members from Settings > Users.
The onboarding checklist disappears once all steps are completed. You can always access these features from the sidebar.

User Menu

Click your avatar in the top-right corner to access your profile, notifications, and account options.

Edit Profile — Update your name, timezone, avatar, password, and notification preferences.

What's New — See the latest features and improvements.

Log Out — Sign out of your account.

Inviting Team Members

Admins can invite team members from the Settings page. Each user gets their own login and can be assigned leads, deals, and tasks.

Go to Settings > Users tab.

Click Add User.

Enter the person's name, email, and select their role (User, Manager, or Admin).

Click Save — they'll receive a welcome email with login instructions.
The Free plan includes up to 3 users. Need more? The Pro plan (USD 20.00 per user / month) includes unlimited users and advanced features like SSO.
