Signature Usage Options

Control when your email signature is automatically inserted into outgoing emails.

1
New emails only — signature is added only when composing a new email
2
Replies only — signature is added only when replying to an email
3
Both — signature is added to both new emails and replies
4
None — signature is never automatically inserted
Your email signature is automatically inserted when composing emails via OAuth (Gmail/Outlook) or SMTP. On replies, the signature is placed above the quoted thread.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your signature is automatically inserted at the bottom of new emails and above the quoted thread on replies, depending on your signature usage setting.

Currently, each user has one signature that applies across all connected email accounts.

Profile photo and avatar support is planned for a future release.
