Billing & Plans
Manage your subscription plan, seats, and payment method.
The Billing tab in Settings lets admins manage their organization's subscription plan, buy or remove seats, update payment methods, and view invoice history. Billing is only accessible to users with the Admin role.
Current Plan
The Current Plan card shows your subscription status, plan name, seat count, price per user, and renewal date.

Navigate to Settings and click the Billing tab.

View your plan name, status badge (Free, Active, Past Due, Canceling), seat usage, and price.

If on the Free plan, use the Upgrade to Pro button to start a paid subscription via Stripe Checkout.
Seat Management
On a paid plan, the Seat Management card lets you adjust the number of seats in your subscription.

View current seat usage (e.g., 3 / 5 seats used).

Enter a new seat count in the Change to field (minimum is your current active user count).

Click Buy Seats to apply the change. Billing is prorated automatically.

The seat users table below shows each user and their seat status.
Payment & Invoices
Manage your payment method and view past invoices.

Click Manage Payment to open the Stripe customer portal where you can update your credit card.

The Invoice History card shows all past invoices with date, amount, and status.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the Current Plan card.

Your plan status changes to Canceling with the expiration date shown.

To reverse a cancellation before it takes effect, click Re-subscribe.
If your subscription expires or payment fails, your organization will revert to the Free plan with its seat limits. Make sure to update your payment method promptly if you see a Past Due status.
Organizations on manually-billed plans (wire transfer or cheque) will see 'Manual' as the payment method. Contact support for changes to manual billing arrangements.
