Sales Quotas let managers and admins set monthly revenue targets for each sales rep. The Quotas page provides a spreadsheet-style grid for editing targets, and the Dashboard displays a progress bar showing how close you are to hitting your quota for the current period.

Quota Grid

The Quotas page displays a yearly grid with one row per sales rep and one column per month. Edit targets directly in the cells.

Navigate to Quotas in the main navigation (visible to Managers and Admins only).

Use the year arrows to switch between years.

Click any cell and enter a monthly target value for that rep.

Row and column totals update automatically as you type.

Click Save to commit all changes at once.

Import & Export

Manage quotas in bulk using CSV files.

Click Export to download the current year's quotas as a CSV file.

Fill in the template and click Import to upload. Existing quotas for the same user/month are updated; new ones are created.

Dashboard Quota Progress

When monthly quotas are set for the current period, the Dashboard displays a Quota Progress bar showing won deal value against the quota target. The progress bar changes color based on attainment: green (100%+), blue (75%+), yellow (50%+), or red (below 50%).

Quotas are also available on the Settings > Data I/O page as an import/export entity alongside companies, contacts, leads, deals, and products.
Set quotas before the start of each month or quarter so your team can see their targets on the Dashboard right away.

Frequently Asked Questions

Admins can set quotas for any user. Managers can set quotas for themselves and their direct reports. Regular sales reps cannot access the Quotas page but can see their quota progress on the Dashboard.

Setting a value to zero (or clearing the cell) removes that month's quota for the rep.

Yes. The import accepts any year. Use the year arrows on the grid to navigate to future years.
