Keyboard Shortcuts
Navigate faster and work more efficiently with built-in keyboard shortcuts and the command palette.
RevOrbit includes keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate faster, create records, and work through your data without reaching for the mouse. Press ? at any time to see the full shortcut reference.
Command Palette
The command palette is the fastest way to navigate RevOrbit. It searches across all pages and actions instantly.

Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) to open the command palette.

Start typing to search for a page, action, or entity type.

Use Arrow Up/Down to navigate results.

Press Enter to select the highlighted item.

Press Escape to close the palette.
The command palette is context-aware. When you're on the Deals page, the New Deal action appears first in the Create section.
List Page Shortcuts
When viewing any list page (Leads, Contacts, Deals, etc.), use these shortcuts to work through records quickly.

/ - Focus the search input so you can start typing immediately.

J - Move the selection down one row in the table.

K - Move the selection up one row in the table.

Enter - Open the detail modal for the currently selected row.

Escape - Clear the current row selection.
Keyboard shortcuts are disabled when you are typing in an input field, text area, or rich text editor. Press Escape to blur the input and re-enable shortcuts.
